While using the App, We may ask You to provide Third Party Services with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- ID picture
- GPS coordinates of home
- Endorsements of other users
- Signatures of petitions
- Participations to referendums
- Anonymous votes to referendums
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically by Third Party Services when using the App. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), app version, the time, date and type of specific services you use, the type of mobile device you use, the mobile operating system and other diagnostic data.
Retention, Use, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Personal Data and Usage Data
To use the App, you have to define in the settings, which Third Party Services you will use to handle your Personal Data. These include a notary, judge and polling station services. A number of Third Party Services are provided by default. They include the default notary: notary.directdemocracy.vote, judge: judge.directdemocracy.vote and polling station: station.directdemocracy.vote We strongly recommend that you review the Privacy Policies of all these Third Party Services to understand how your Personal Data will be used, transfered, disclosed and stored securely.
Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Personal Data to Third Party Services, please contact them directly.

Our App may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
